The objective of the meeting has been to introduce ECA Group’s solutions and products and to present ECA Group full range of Autonomous Underwater Vehicles. ECA Group is grateful to NATO COE CSW for this opportunity.
Working on a study aiming at the employment of Autonomous Underwater Vehicles (AUV) in Mine Counter Measures Operations, the COE CSW welcomed a representative from the ECA Group and DEU Flotilla 1 on 26 April 2016 for discussing current types and future technological developments on Unmanned Underwater Vehicles. The information exchange concentrated on options, limitations and the flexible use of AUVs in specific MCM roles.
On completion of this very fruitful one day meeting, the ECA Group confirmed to continue the fruitful dialogue and cooperation.
