ECA Group publishes its 2018 Registration document

The 2018 Registration document includes notably:

• the Annual financial report;
• the Board of Directors' report on the corporate governance;
• the Declaration of extra-financial performance;
• the description of the share buyback program; and
• the draft resolutions presented at the Shareholders' meeting on 6 June 2019 as well as the Board of Directors' report on those resolutions.

This Registration document is available to the public in accordance with applicable regulations
