Rémi Julien is appointed as the new CEO of Exail’s Aerospace & Land business line

We are thrilled to announce the appointment of Rémi Julien as the new CEO of our Aerospace & Land business line, effective July 1st, 2024.
Rémi, a graduate of Ecole Polytechnique, started his career in 1996 at the French Ministry of Armed Forces as Armement Engineer before becoming the Head of the Electronics Industry Office at the Directorate General of Armament. In 2003, he joined Airbus’ strategy department and five years later, Rémi took the helm of Sofrelog, an Airbus subsidiary specializing in maritime traffic safety, which he led until 2013. Later, he joined Orolia to head the McMurdo “Search and Rescue” division and contribute to external growth projects. As an independent transition manager from 2017 to 2019, he undertook numerous development missions for French SMEs and mid-sized industrial companies. Since the end of 2019, he has led Marseille Gyptis International and has served as the president of the France PCS since 2023.
With his extensive experience in defense, aerospace and maritime sectors, Rémi brings a wealth of expertise and impactful strategic vision that will strengthen our position as a major player in the aerospace & defense robotics industries.
