As part of her function, Delphine will be in charge of conducting Human Ressources (HR) missions in coordination with the General Secretary.
Delphine has acquired experience in multi-site HR Management within well-known national and international groups.
She supported the Amaury press group for 10 years to develop a new industrial corporate culture and establish an HR function focused on skills development and organizational optimization.
She then joined, for 6 years, the BMI Group, specialized in construction materials, to set up a new HR function to improve and develop the quality of working life, adapt organizations and social dialogue in a context of growth and bringing together different legal entities.
Delphine Sarrazin states:
