Centrifuges
CTR Series
Exail’s CTR Series are cutting-edge centrifuges designed to meet all necessary performance parameters for precise testing of high-performance linear accelerometers and Inertial Measurement Units (IMUs).
High quality key components
The CTR Series integrates top-quality components such as brushless motors, optical encoders, and slip-ring capsules, vital for system performance. Each unit includes the Exail nGine controller and ProaXe Graphical User Interface, offering the pinnacle of control electronics in terms of performance, efficiency, and safety. These advancements streamline customer integration and cut down on non-recurring costs.
Highly scalable
We offer optional climatic chambers for temperature and humidity, shakers providing sine and random vibrations, and satellite tables. Additionally, automated static and dynamic balancing options are available. These features enable operators to conduct cutting-edge simultaneous testing, measuring centrifuge acceleration, sine and random acceleration within a controlled climatic environment.
Fit for the highest standards
The CTR Series complies with the IEEE Standard 836-2009, Recommended Practice for Precision Centrifuge Testing of Linear Accelerometers. With its modular design, this series is adaptable for standard acceleration testing per MIL-STD-810 D, Test Method Standard: Environmental Engineering Considerations and Laboratory Tests.
